Filtering Rundoo emails

Last updated 2026-06-30

Every emailed receipt from your store comes back to your inbox so you can answer customer questions — but you probably don't want them cluttering your primary view. Set up a filter to route them to a folder automatically.

All automated Rundoo emails are sent from info@getrundoo.com. That's the address you'll filter on.

💌

Want these emails to come from your own branding instead? Rundoo can send invoices, statements, and the rest of your automated emails from a subdomain of your store's domain (for example info@mail.yourstore.com) rather than info@getrundoo.com. It's a one-time setup that adds a few DNS records to your domain. Email support@rundoo.ai if you'd like it turned on.

Gmail

Step 1: Open search options

Click the filter icon on the right side of the Gmail search bar to open the advanced search panel.

Step 2: Filter by sender

In the From field, enter info@getrundoo.com, then click Search (or Create filter in the bottom-right of the search panel).

Step 3: Choose what to do with matching emails

Check Skip the Inbox (Archive it). You can also apply a label like Rundoo if you want them grouped for review.

Click Create filter. Future emails from info@getrundoo.com will skip your inbox. You can find them anytime by searching from:info@getrundoo.com or clicking the label.
