Rundoo connects to Wallace (running on the Triad / Greywolf system) so ordering, pricing, and receiving stay in sync.
What works today

Purchase orders — when you submit a purchase order to your Wallace vendor in Rundoo, the order is sent to Wallace automatically (delivered to Wallace's order desk electronically).

Price changes — Wallace cost and retail price updates flow into Rundoo automatically.

Receiving / invoices — Wallace invoices come back into Rundoo as shipment notifications, so you can reconcile what shipped against the order.

Catalog — Wallace's item catalog is loaded into Rundoo so you can add Wallace products by SKU or UPC.
How to use it

Make sure your Wallace vendor in Rundoo shows the EDI plug icon (Rundoo turns this on during setup).

Create and submit purchase orders to the Wallace vendor as normal — they're sent automatically.

Price changes, invoices, and catalog updates are pulled in automatically on Rundoo's regular schedule.

Setup is handled by Rundoo. Email support@rundoo.ai (or call Rundoo Support at (650) 334-3205) with your Wallace account number for each location.
