Most of the below are genuine feature shortcomings! They are on our roadmap.

What if I have multiple external bank accounts?

We unfortunately don’t currently support having multiple external bank accounts. Your options are:

1. Consolidate to one external bank account. This is our recommendation.
2. Track with an account if the only transactions you make are from the external bank account, you can make an asset account with a starting balance and pull to it.
3. Track together with the external account in one pool. This will get messy though! You’ll have transactions from both in here.

How do I reconcile?

You cannot currently mark which transactions have been reconciled against your bank statement.

For the internal account, the data is ground truth. Anything that shows in Rundoo is what has happened on the account. For the external account, you should match it against your external bank account.
