Rundoo does not currently have a way to track the payables of an external credit card. If you use the Rundoo card, all transactions will be automatically tracked (see below). But if you use an external credit card, your credit card expenses won’t be reflected until you pay off your bill, either with the internal or external account (see below).

Internal: Use Rundoo card

Before we jump in, it’s worth highlighting the experience with the Rundoo card!

If you use the Rundoo card, transactions will automatically appear in your internal account. It is a one-day charge card and currently doesn’t offer any rewards program. We are working on establishing some cash back / rewards.

External

Step 1: Pay your credit card bill

You can pay this either with your:

1. External account
2. Internal account (account and routing number)

Step 2: Multi-categorize the payment

Now, categorize the line item on the payment to each GL account you want it mapped to.
