We do not currently offer a way to run payroll, but we hope to do soon. Reach out to support and we can help you with the workaround for now.

For now, run payroll in your external software and then enter the resulting journal entry into Rundoo (see Rundoo Accounting: How to enter a Journal Entry). You will end up with something like the below.
