In Rundoo, customer statements are detailed reports created for each customer. They summarize the customer's transaction history, outstanding balances, payments, and other financial activities related to their account. These statements are beneficial for both the customer and the business, as they provide an overview of the customer's financial interactions with the company over a specific period.

Statement generation is influenced by various settings available at both the customer (POS) level and the global (Admin) level. Please review the settings listed below, as they will affect how the Rundoo app generates your statements.

How to generate monthly statements automatically?

Where are my automatically generated statements?

  1. Select: Customers (located under Blocks in the side menu)
  2. Select the Statement runs tab
  3. Select the Statement that says Automatic in the Generation type column

How do I send statements?

Once you located the statements you’ve generated you get three bulk sending options!

  1. Select individual customers by checking them off in a list, or use the “select all located towards the bottom of the page.

  2. Select Generate Statements

  3. Select one of the three options.

You can always preview these statements before sending/printing!

  1. Send by Email if a customer has an email on file we will attempt to send all via email.

  2. Send statements by mail, even customers who have emails will get a physical print

  3. Send statements based on customer settings (Original option)

    1. This will send all the emails automatically based on customer settings
    2. This will generate physical statements based on customer settings.

How to locate statements generated for an individual customer?

  1. Select: Customers (located under Blocks in the side menu)
  2. Locate the customer and select thier account
  3. Select Balance tab
