In order to start accepting Credit Card transactions and start using banking features in Rundoo, you will need to set up Stripe
Click “Switch to Admin”. The system has two sides: POS (point-of-sale) and admin. POS is for day-to-day activities, and admin is where you set up your system.

Click “Get set up with Stripe”. Stripe is the payment processor we partner with. Stripe lets you save cards on file in a compliant manner, send items to the card reader, and collect signatures on the reader. The form here will take about 10 minutes to complete.
Stripe will ask you a series of questions about ownership information and company incorporation. It usually takes 10 minutes to fill out if you have the information handy.
After a few minutes, you should be able to see your Rundoo banking account.
As part of signing up with Stripe, you get a bank account with Evolve Bank. This has an account and routing number and you can use it like any other bank. You can send ACH payments, and you can give someone the account & routing information for ACH withdrawals. There are no fees associated with the account.
If you are using Rundoo for accounting (see Rundoo Accounting: FAQs), this is especially helpful because all of the line items are automatically included.
In order to transfer money into Rundoo, you can connect your current business banking account.
Click the “Connect account” button on the lefthand side of your screen.
Search for and find your bank in the list. If you are having trouble finding it, you can search the URL of the bank.
