This Rundoc covers troubleshooting steps when things aren’t working right!

Step 1

  1. Delete Cache on browser. Deleting browsing data
  2. Test incognito window
  3. Reset computer

Step 2

  1. If the above does not help, reach out to Support at [email protected] or via Intercom
  2. Describe the situation/use case (e.g. something once worked before, but no longer works now), share screenshots, record a video (e.g. Loom is great for recording!)
