One thing to note about this guide is that it is to set up your printer for Rundoo receipts only! Your thermal printer will not require a connection to your workstation computer at all, but if you’d like to use it for other third-party activities, please feel free to do so!

Step 0: Download the configuration app!

• Download the Star Quick Setup Utility onto your phone.

Step 1: Power on and Paper Setup

Connect AC Adapter

1. Securely plug the power cord (for the AC adapter) fully into the AC adapter inlet .
2. Plug the AC adapter in the correct vertical orientation into the power connector of the printer .

2. Connect cables

Use paper that meets the specifications of the printer. Paper Roll Specifications

When using a 58 mm roll, install the separately sold paper roll guide. Install Paper Roll Guide

Also, use the specified application to change the print area.Use App

1. Turn power on

• Set paper with the power turned on to automatically feed and cue the paper.
• If the printer is out of paper, the Power LED flashes red.

2. Open printer cover

• Pull the opening lever  to open the printer cover .
