I) Ongoing Access for Data Transfer

Unattended Remote Desktop Access allows our Data team to connect to remote computers without the need for an end-user to be present at the other end. It requires a one-time setup, and once it's configured, the computer can be accessed anytime as long as it is (1) powered on and (2) connected to the internet.

II) One Time-Use for Support

1. Click on the blue Support chat bubbleđź’¬

2. Click “Send us a message”

3. Request assistance…

4. Click on “⫸” to send the message

5. Wait for support to reply back Click on “Join Now”

A new tab should open to Zoho Assist

6. Click on JOIN SESSION

7. Click on Agree and Download
