Contractor Rewards allows contractors to earn loyalty points when purchasing Benjamin Moore products. These points can be redeemed for a variety of rewards, including merchandise, event tickets, and even charitable donations. Best of all, this program is at no cost to retailers.

Key Points:

1. Pre Rundoo Go-Live
   1. If a retailer is already registered, Rundoo and Benjamin Moore will work together to set them up. Rundoo does not automatically enroll retailers in Contractor Rewards.
   2. If the retailer is not yet registered, they need to contact their BMC Territory Representative or [email protected].
2. Requirements
   1. Bonus Codes: When a retailer is enrolled, Benjamin Moore shares an assigned Bonus Code for each retailer for Rundoo to enter into the client’s Admin settings.
      1. If no Bonus Code is in place and the retailer expresses interest to the Rundoo team, the Rundoo team will relay to the Contractor Reward Group who will then collaborate with BIW to work with the retailer on setting them up (e.g. creating a 12-digit code). Once approved for Contractor Rewards, Contractor Reward Group will send the Bonus Code to Rundoo for set up.
   2. PAX IDs: When a retailer is enrolled, Benjamin Moore will share a PAX ID file containing PAX IDs for customers. The Rundoo team will handle the initial setup of the PAX IDs prior to the retailer going live.
      1. As Rundoo works through the list, they will highlight any PAX IDs that cannot be found or entered successfully; ie there is no corresponding “Customer” account within Rundoo to enter the PAX ID. Rundoo will relay those missing customers back to the Contractor Reward Group at Benjamin Moore.
3. Post Rundoo Go- Live: The retailer will be able to upload new PAX IDs obtained from Benjamin Moore. The Benjamin Moore Contractor Reward Group will provide a weekly email to retailers listing the contractors who used the Bonus Code to enroll, along with the contractors' PAX IDs for input into the POS system**.** If you are not receiving these emails please contact [email protected] or your BMC Territory Representative.
   1. Automatic Invoice Submission: Rundoo automatically submits invoices each night, simplifying participation in the Contractor Rewards program.
      1. For PAX-IDs that have failed on the Rundoo side, the RSOS team/ The contractor Rewards Group at Benjamin Moore will:
         1. Verify that there are no typos or format issues.
         2. Double-check the PAX IDs to ensure they are still active on BIW.
         3. The RSOS team/ The Contractor Rewards Group at Benjamin Moore will decide whether to contact the territory rep or reach out to the retailer directly for further assistance.
            1. They will prioritize each retailer based on urgency and ease of access to information.
