Rundoo offers an integration with Benjamin Moore COLORx® 6. Here is the setup guide.

Setting it up!

Note that we currently support an integration with COLORx6. We’re actively working on integrating with COLORx7 in the future!

  1. If COLORx® is open on your computer, make sure to close it before starting this process.

  2. Download the key generator at this link:

  3. Open the key generator. It should look like this:

  4. Grab your Ben Moore Outlet Number this can also be located in Rundoo

    1. Admin

    2. Location

    3. Integrations

  5. Enter the location’s Benjamin Moore Outlet Number into the “Site Number” and click “Get Key"

  6. Send this key to your Account Executive or to Rundoo Support. Along with the address of the store where the machine is located.

  7. Click “Create INI”

  8. Name the file

    1. rnet_Decor.ini
    2. and save it to your desktop.
  9. Click “Create XML”

  10. Name the file

    1. posDecor.xml
    2. and save to your desktop.
  11. Open the file explorer and move BOTH of the files to

    1. C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Benjamin Moore & Co\\ColorTech\\ColoRx\\POSdirectory.

  12. Reopen COLORx® to confirm the changes. It will display an error saying that it cannot connect to a server, but disregard this error, as it is part of the setup process.

  13. Click “File > Modify Store Options“:

  14. Click the “DecorFusion” tab and set the “URL” as

    1. https://api.rundoo.app/colorx
    2. If you do not see the “DecorFusion” tab in the “Store Options” popup then the files likely did not land in the correct “POS” file, revert back step 4 and try again.

  15. Click “OK” to save.
