What is a cash float?

This is the funds you keep at your register at all times after a close out, Let says your cash float is $200.00, and you’ve received $800.00 in cash today, that would mean your total in your cash drawer is $1000.00. please see Cash Drawer Management and Closing Out for more details on this process.

How to change your cash float amount!

1. Select Locations
2. Select the store’s location
3. Scroll down to the Cash float section.
4. Input the Cash float amount.
5. Select Save
