Exporting Your Data

The first step to editing your data is exporting it from Rundoo:

1. Click on the block you want to edit/upload (Products/Customers/Vendors).

   

2. Filter the page. This will allow you to download only the products you want to change.

   1. If you want to export a certain vendor filter for such especially if you’re doing across the board price changes!

   

3. Click on the three-dot dropdown.

   

1. Select “Download file’

   

2. If you are adding new data ONLY, click on Download template file. This will give you a blank spreadsheet in the upload format.

Importing to Excel or Google Sheets

Google Sheets

If you use Google Sheets, you will need to import the downloaded sheet.

1. Open a Blank Spreadsheet at sheets.google.com

   

2. Click on File and select Import.

   

3. Click on Import data.
