Do It Best is one of the largest hardware co-ops in the country; pairing your Do It Best vendor in Rundoo connects ordering and receiving to Do It Best's catalog and member account so you don't re-key SKUs, UPCs, or per-location member numbers.
In the POS mode, open the Vendors tab in the left sidebar — Do It Best is a Rundoo Vendor with an integration paired to it.
Once paired, Rundoo treats your Do It Best vendor record as a first-class member account: each of your Rundoo Locations carries its own Do It Best member number, and Do It Best's product catalog is searchable inside Rundoo so you can pull catalog products into your inventory without typing SKUs.
This is the integration most Do It Best dealers care about: catalog pull-in and ordering. A multi-location dealer carrying Do It Best at Menlo Park (member RDIB) and Palo Alto (member MBR12345) gets each location's orders booked under the right member account without extra clicks.

In the Vendors list, Do It Best appears alongside any other vendor. A small plug icon next to a vendor name (Orgill in the example above) marks vendors with an integration paired to them — Rundoo will automatically light up that icon on your Do It Best vendor once Rundoo Support completes pairing on Do It Best's side.

Setting up the Do It Best integration is two sides meeting in the middle: Rundoo's support team handles the integration pairing for you, and you handle filling in your per-location Do It Best member numbers.
From the Vendors list, open your existing Do It Best vendor's detail page — or see Vendors and add one first if you don't have one yet. Name it Do It Best so it's findable.
Scroll down to the Vendor settings section. Each row is one of your Rundoo Locations with an Account number field — this is where your Do It Best member number lives. Click Edit on the row for each location you order Do It Best from, fill in the member number Do It Best assigned to that location, and save the row.

Per-location is intentional — multi-location dealers usually have different member numbers per store, and Do It Best needs the right member on every order.

Leave a location's Account number blank if you don't order Do It Best at that store. A blank account number means orders to Do It Best from that location won't have a member to bill against and won't go through.

Email [email protected] and tell us you've filled in your Do It Best member numbers. We'll complete the integration pairing on our side. Once pairing is live, a small plug icon appears next to your Do It Best vendor in the Vendors list, and helper text under Vendor name on the detail page confirms the integration is active.
