Rundoo Card Fee

Rundoo applies a card fee on all debit and credit card transactions processed through our mobile and desktop apps.

The specific fee amount may vary by client — if you have questions about your rate, please contact Rundoo Support. The fee is deducted before you receive your card payouts.

Card Surcharges

Some clients choose to pass on part of the Rundoo card fee to their customers by applying a card surcharge. This can be set up in Admin.

• Customers paying by credit card will see the surcharge percentage on their receipts.
• Staff will see the surcharge amount before completing a transaction.

How to set up Card surcharge

1. Go to Admin → Communications.

2. Scroll to Card Payment Fees.

3. Select the percentage of the transaction you’d like to charge to your customers, and if you want to apply sales tax to this card fee. Card fees can only be between 0% - 4%
