Rundoo is driven by Data. We try to keep as much data as possible to give you the best information to help drive thoughtful decisions for your business. This means we try to only reserve the option to delete certain things if they don’t impact the historical data. It’s more likely you’ll see options to deactivate or to void.
A common request is Can I delete, deactivate, or void this? Anything not captured in the list below means no, any could mean the only option available is by performing a writeoff.

Any option below with a “*” means its an Admin only option.

This means it will no longer appear as active in a search or reports. Mostly pertaining to blocks!

²Phone numbers can’t be modified on staff accounts. It’s recommended to deactivate and adjust the code and create a new staff account

To deactivate a Customer, Product, or Vendor, go to their profile page and look for the “⊗ Deactivate” button in the top right corner.
Locate the inactive Products, Customers, and Vendors all have a search feature, all of our search features default to Active filter on, but you can remove this filter at anytime by selecting the “Status: Active ⇩” and checking the “Inactive” box
Once located open the profile page, and in the upper right corner you’ll see a “✔️Reactivate” button
This means it will appear on an active search but not on reports.
