CCP and RSD are the two Benjamin Moore data-reporting programs that pay BM dealers back for the sales they're already making. Rundoo submits both automatically from your sales data — you configure it once, then Rundoo bundles and sends on the cadence you pick.

In the Admin mode, open the Company left tab and scroll to the Benjamin Moore offers section — that's where both programs are configured, on a single shared toggle.

What CCP and RSD are

Both programs are dealer-facing — they exist so Benjamin Moore can see which of your sales should count toward rebates. They run on the same report Rundoo submits; the difference is which customer the sale is tied to.

• Contractor Club Program (CCP) — BM's painter rewards program. Painters enrolled in CCP earn rebates on the qualifying BM paint they buy from you. You're the reporting channel; BM pays the painter.
• Regional Sales Director (RSD) — BM's job-level sales reporting feed, formerly called Director of Sales (DOS). Rebates are tied to specific jobs identified by a 10-digit RSD number your BM rep issues. This is the program that pays your store for volume on flagged jobs.

Both rebate feeds ride the same CCP report — Rundoo doesn't submit them separately. Enable the shared auto-submit toggle and every qualifying sale flows to BM on the cadence you pick.

Who cares: Benjamin Moore dealers

CCP and RSD only matter if your store is an authorized Benjamin Moore dealer and your BM territory representative has enrolled you in the programs. If you're not sure whether you're enrolled, ask your BM rep — Rundoo Support can help with the plumbing once BM has given you the go-ahead, but enrollment happens on Benjamin Moore's side.

Once you're enrolled, Rundoo handles the reporting: your sales are bundled, your painter customers' PaxIDs are attached to their rows, flagged RSD jobs are stamped, and the file goes to BM on your schedule.

What Rundoo sends

Each row in the submitted report represents one Benjamin Moore product sold. Rundoo only includes BM products on the report — if a customer buys five items and two of them are BM paint, the file has two rows for that sale and ignores the other three.

A few things to know about what ends up in the report:

• Walk-in cash sales are excluded. Every other customer type — retail accounts, charge accounts, painter accounts — is eligible for CCP if the painter's PaxID is on the customer record.
• UPCs drive product matching. BM identifies products in the file by their UPC, which Rundoo stores as the product's Additional IDs. Products missing UPCs won't be recognized as BM products even if the name matches. • RSD jobs are flagged by a 10-digit number. Either the 10-digit job ID itself or a 10-digit value in the sale's Purchase order field — see the RSD setup section below.

Setup in Rundoo

In the Admin mode, Company left tab, scroll to the Benjamin Moore offers section. Four controls live here:
